Yes, 100%. A legal notice is a formal “let’s fix this before things get messy” letter. Ignore it, and you might see each other in court. Reply smart, preferably with legal help.


That’s called a breach of contract and depending on what’s broken, the law can help you claim compensation, cancel the deal, or take legal action.


Nope. Rent hikes should follow your rental agreement and local tenancy laws - not your landlord’s mood swings.


Tricky. In India, there’s no law explicitly banning one-party call recording, but using it against someone can be illegal if it violates privacy or is used maliciously. Record responsibly.


Your employer can deduct salary for the days you skip (if mentioned in your contract), and might withhold your relieving letter or full & final payment. It could also affect your reputation, especially if you're in a senior or sensitive role.
